ECOBONUS ON SINGLE-FAMILY BUILDINGS ONLY IF FIRST HOME

In order to access the maximum 110% discount, the intervention must be carried out on the first house and this must include at least one of the two driving actions listed here and this must allow the building's energy class to be improved by at least two categories.

ENVELOPE INSULATION
Article. 119 paragraph 1 lett. a) identifies the insulation of the envelope, the so-called "thermal coat", if installed for at least 25% of the total dispersing surface, as an intervention that gives access to the SUPERBONUS 110%
THE MAXIMUM DISCOUNTABLE AMOUNT IS € 60,000
WINTER HEATING SYSTEM
Article. 119 paragraph 1 lett. c) identifies the replacement of the existing heating system with heat pump, hybrid, geothermal or micro-cogeneration, as an intervention that gives access to SUPERBONUS 110%
